All the Tenergy batteries I enjoy ever been unfortunate adequate to come in contact with acted as if their electrolyte be a mixture of water buffalo dung and sawdust.

The ones I bought were not worth throwing at stray cats. I won't be wasting any money on more of the things.

Most online suppliers quote lower prices, but are located abroad and ship from Australia or China. The result is complex overall cost, a long wait and questionable quality.
