Don't waste your money; put it towards buying a more expensive and better quality tripod.
Cheap plastic parts adjectives over this thing. It feels and sounds approaching sand is inside the legs as they get extended because it's so gritty. I don't trust the head to stay put when my camcorder is on it.
Overall, a poor choice of purchase for me.
