I bought this product, though without the stylus pen, and it initially worked great--just as advertised. I then took it on a long car trip, and about 3 hours in, the music just stopped. After playing around with it, I discovered that as soon as I would plug my iPhone into the charger/cradle, the volume slider in the iPod app of my iPhone would disappear and the music would stop. I can still use the cradle as long as I don't plug the charger into the bottom of the iPhone. Or if I don't want to use it to listen to music, I can plug it in and charge the battery. I'm sure it's some sort of compatibility issue, so buyer beware. The other issue is that the radio signal this product emits (which you can't turn off) interferes with the GPS on my iPhone. The GPS receiver is rendered almost useless when this unit is plugged in. It can't find your location with any degree of accuracy. As soon as I unplug the cradle from the cigarette lighter, the GPS snaps right to my location. This thing was super cheap so it's not worth trying to get a replacement or anything, but it just comes down to the fact that you get what you pay for.
