I purchased the Bower 2x 62mm Telephoto Conversion Lens for Digital/Film Cameras in Black color and have tried it surrounded by my camera but it will not focus. I have tried to contact South Bay Camera by e-mail (their "contact us") and phone. My e-mail came put money on undeliverable and the phone number on their website was disconnected.
